Welcome to the Gates Massage Therapy online portal. I’m so glad you’re here. You can easily book appointments with Quincy Stanger RMT (she/her), and check for any outstanding forms that may need to be completed.

Direct billing is available to most insurance companies. If you have any questions about your coverage, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m happy to help.

Massage sessions are by appointment only. As there is no receptionist, responses may occasionally be delayed, but I will always get back to you as soon as I can.

If you have any accessibility needs or concerns, please let us know in advance, as there are stairs leading to the clinic room.

Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and consideration will be given in cases of emergencies or severe weather. Please reach out by phone to 204-872-7994 as soon as possible if this applies to you.
